About Us

As a turn-of-the-century (and millennium) composer, Brett Stewart’s musical style was forged by infusing into his compositions elements of music from the master composers of the previous millennium. With that musical philosophy in mind, in 1998 on the cusp of the new millennium he coined “Millennial Music” and began labeling and copyrighting his compositions.  Nearly a decade later, with the same neo-millennial philosophy and enthusiasm, he and his brother Brandon founded Millennial® Choirs & Orchestras, and shortly thereafter Millennial® Music Publishing, with Millennial® Music becoming the name of the parent 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation.

Millennial® Music Publishing (MMP) has a passion for fostering and providing inspiring new compositions influenced by the master composers throughout the ages, including sacred and secular choral, vocal, orchestral, and instrumental music in a wide variety of styles.  MMP composers embrace the best music of all the ages in their effort to create music that speaks to today’s unique, diverse, and vast audience.

Music from MMP is acquired and performed by school, church, community, and professional ensembles throughout the world.  As a companion organization, Millennial® Choirs & Orchestras MCO) premiers and records many of MMP’s new works. To learn more about MCO visit millennial.org.
